Each jobsite in Yakka Labour is its own little control room: a QR code for the gate, a site code workers can type, an optional geofence of about 300 metres, and a report of the hours worked there. Run one site or ten from the same account.
Add the name and address. Yakka creates a downloadable QR code and a site code for it.
Keep the geofence on and workers must be within about 300 metres to check in. Switch it off for large or remote sites.
Print the QR for the gate and invite workers by WhatsApp, link or email.
The jobsite report shows total hours (breaks removed), a chart by day and the hours each worker logged there.
Archive finished sites to keep your list clean. If a code gets shared too widely, regenerate it.
Running crews across several addresses is where paper sign-in sheets break down. With each site separate, the live site monitor shows who is on site, on a break or checked out at each one.
Short on hands for one site? Open “Talent near this site” to see workers within 5 km on the workers map.
Check-ins tied to a site and a time give you a clean record of who worked where. Pair it with the basics in labour hire compliance and check whether site allowance applies to your crew.
