Does scanning work on the web dashboard?
No. Scanning uses the phone camera, so it is in the Yakka Labour mobile app.

Every worker on Yakka Labour has a digital ID with its own QR code. At the gate, a supervisor scans it with the phone camera and the worker’s shift starts on that jobsite. No paper, no typing names, and no worker clocked onto two sites at once.
On your phone, open the jobsite the crew is arriving at.
The camera opens ready to read a worker’s ID QR.
The worker shows the QR from their app. One scan starts their shift on this jobsite.
The worker appears as on site in the live site monitor, and their hours flow into timesheets.
Workers can check themselves in with the site QR or code. Scanning their ID is useful for a supervised gate, a first day on site, or workers whose phone GPS is unreliable.
If a worker already has an open shift on another site, the scan is blocked, so nobody is clocked onto two jobs at once.
Builders can also turn on face check-in in the mobile app, which compares the worker’s face with their profile photo on the device itself. It is off unless you switch it on. Read up on labour hire compliance for what records to keep.

See who is on site, on a break or checked out, with each shift’s running clock.
