How it works

  1. Applicants arrive by job

    Each application is attached to the job it was made for, so you never mix up who applied for what.

  2. Filter what matters on site

    Narrow the list by white card, own vehicle, English level, availability, distance and skills, and sort it six different ways.

  3. Move cards through the stages

    Drag applicants from New to Reviewing, Interviewing and Offer. Made a mistake? Undo it.

  4. Take notes and compare

    Add private notes and a private rating, mark standouts as featured, and compare candidates side by side.

  5. Hire or decline

Can workers see my notes or ratings?

No. Notes and the private rating on an application are only visible to you.

Can I filter applicants by white card?

Yes, along with own vehicle, English level, availability, distance and skills.
