Open the map
Use Search Nearby on the phone or Map on the web dashboard.

Filter by trade and area
Narrow the pins by skill, industry and location, then tap “Show workers in view” to list everyone in the visible area.

Search around a jobsite
From any of your jobsites, open “Talent near this site” to find workers within 5 km, filtered by trade.

Open a profile and act
Check the worker’s profile, then message them or invite them to a job.
Privacy built in
Pins show an approximate position, not a home address. That is enough to judge travel distance without exposing where anyone lives.
Local crews, fewer no-shows
Workers who live close are more likely to accept early starts and short shifts. Combine the map with a job post and you reach both the people nearby and the ones who list the skill.
