The live site monitor shows each worker’s status, on site, on break or checked out, with the clock of their current shift. Filter by jobsite and date, fix a forgotten checkout, and keep an eye on every site from your phone or the web dashboard.

How it works

  1. Workers check in

    Workers check in with the site QR or code, or a supervisor scans their ID.

  2. Watch the status live

    Each worker shows as ON SITE, ON BREAK or CHECKED OUT, with their shift clock running.

  3. Filter by site and day

    Switch between jobsites and dates to see who worked where and when.

  4. Fix forgotten checkouts

    If someone leaves without checking out, use Force checkout so the hours stay accurate.

Every site on the web dashboard

On the web, the dashboard lists your live jobsites with how many workers are there now and a View live button. It sits alongside pending timesheets and new applicants, so one screen tells you how the day is going.

The monitor shows status when you look. It does not send you an alert each time a worker checks in.

From attendance to approved hours

Shifts recorded here become timesheet lines you can review and sign off in timesheets, then turn into an invoice. For award rates and overtime, check the building and construction award guide.

Will I get a notification when a worker checks in?

No. Open the live monitor or the web dashboard to see who is on site at any time.

Can I check a worker out?

Yes. Use Force checkout when a worker forgets to check out.

Can I see past days?

Yes. Filter the monitor by date and jobsite.
