Open your documents wallet
It has sections for your White Card, police check, resume, cover letter, licences and credentials, public liability, insurance and SWMS.

Pick the credential
Choose the ticket or licence from the list and upload a clear photo of it.

Hirers see it on your profile
Your credentials appear on your public profile, and employers can open the image or view your White Card directly.

Get through the shortlist
Employers see “White Card: on file” next to your application and can filter applicants to those with a White Card.
For employers: check before you book
Credentials are uploaded by the worker and shown as they were provided. Yakka does not verify documents automatically, so check the ticket matches the person and is current before work starts, as you would with any hire.

No. Documents are shown as you upload them. Employers should check that a ticket is current before work starts.
Can employers search for workers with a White Card?
Employers can see whether a White Card is on file for each applicant and filter applicants to only those who have one.
